Description

Notes of apple, cereal, and some brioche. Fresh and elegant acidity, creamy with a persistent finish.

Winemaking:
100% Mechanically Colheita . 20 months of bottle aging after the second fermentation. Sparkling base wine after 1 year of aging in stainless steel tanks. The grapes go directly to the press with destemming without crushing. 24 hours of cold settling; 100% fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. 100% Malolactic fermentation.
