Description
Deep red color. Aroma with notes of raspberry, licorice, and black cherry. On the palate, it is complex with black berries, full-bodied yet balanced.
Winemaking:
Hand Colheita in the third and fourth week of September. The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly into the vat. 3 days of cold immersion. Alcoholic fermentation begins at 12 degrees and ends at 32 degrees. Malolactic fermentation in French oak. Aged for 3 months in oak barrels.
