Yellowish-green color. Fresh and herbal aromas, with notes of asparagus. On the palate, it is intense and elegant, with freshness and lightness. Lemony, floral and vegetal notes stand out, culminating in a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Hand Colheita during the last week of August. The grapes were sent directly to the press, with destemming but not crushing. After 24 hours of cold settling, 100% of the fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
