Notes of spices and red fruit. Fresh, with firm tannins, full-bodied with a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Mechanical Colheita in the last week of September. The grapes are destemmed and crushed. 3 days of cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation begins at 12ºC and ends at 32ºC. Malolactic fermentation in French oak. Aged for 12 months in French oak. With an aging potential of 10 years.
