Straw yellow color. Jams, dried fruits, aromas of apricot. Good acidity, mineral and creamy. Full-bodied and transparent.
Winemaking:
The grapes are destemmed for manual pressing; 4 hours of gentle pressing, controlled hyper-oxygenation, 24 hours of cold settling. 100% fermentation in barrels, 25% in new French oak barrels, 75% in used French oak barrels. Aged for 48 months in French oak.
