An elegant aroma typical of the grape variety, with floral notes, unctuous on the palate, fresh and markedly saline.

Winemaking:
Selective hand-harvesting in 25kg buckets, gentle pressing of the whole bunch, decantation after 12 hours of sedimentation. It was fermented with indigenous yeasts under temperature control and aged 15% in used French oak barrels and 85% in vertical stainless steel tanks. It is ready to drink now but will mature with time in the bottle.
