This wine is produced from the Malvasia grape variety, a typical grape variety of the region and which allows it to bear the DOC Colares designation. The vineyard has the particularity of being installed on soils traditionally called "sandy ground". The climate is very specific due to the proximity of the sea and the Sintra mountains. The wine expresses all the region’s climatic and soil specificities.
