Adamus is a super premium Portuguese gin. To create this gin, the best and most special organic botanicals in Portugal were chosen. 86 natural botanicals were tested, and from these, the 18 best were selected, made from the Baga grape variety from Bairrada, from which a perfect distillate with 44.4% alcohol is obtained. A drink with a strong character, capable of transporting us to unique moments.

Besides the Bairrada grape variety Baga, this gin contains organically grown botanicals such as hibiscus, juniper, orange, lemon, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom, as well as more daring ones like sage and lavender. The other undisclosed botanicals are part of the mystery that gives Adamus its special and original character.

Adamus has a floral and fruity aroma and a complex flavor.
