Organic, vegan and with a sublime spirit, the Signature Edition 2021 combines elderflower distillate, the iconic Baga grape variety from Bairrada and the usual ADAMUS botanicals, resulting in this special and very limited edition.

AROMA:
Impressively clean and aromatically fresh, with a pronounced floral profile, it evokes a springtime scent, reminiscent of a flower garden and vegetable patch. White petal flower, combined with a component of fresh aromatic herbs and vegetables, … a base of elderflower with light touches of jasmine, some mint and lemon balm, etc.
It retains its citrus and fruity notes, and we find some hints of fresh grapes and citrus peel.

FLAVOR:
