Description

Well defined citrine color. Light aroma to green apple, intense with white citrus and fruits. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh, elegant and harmonious.

Vinification:
Total disgust, cold pelicular maceration, smooth pressing, alcoholic fermentation at 15th, resting at the end a month on thin -lengths. 12 -month stainless internship and 3 months in bottle.
