The AdegaMãe Reserva red wine, a blend of Touriga Nacional, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Touriga Franca, reveals a medium-deep red color with slight signs of evolution. Its aroma is rich and complex, combining floral notes of violet, ripe red fruits, and the characteristic freshness of green bell pepper, culminating in a subtly spicy aromatic finish.
On the palate, it displays a medium-high body, well-structured by tannins that work well together and are balanced by firm acidity. Ripe fruit remains prominent throughout the tasting, leading to a smooth, elegant, and persistent finish.
