Description
Vinification:
Hand picking of grapes. Cooling of the grapes for 24 hours. Total destemmed grapes. maceration sheet for 60 hours at 10 ° C. pressing 1 bar. Wine decanting for 36 hours. Fermentation in barrels for 18 days at 18ºC. Aged in barrels for 9 months. Collage and light filtering.
Test results:
Pale straw yellow color. Very fine and complex aroma, with dominant notes of citrus peel, white pulp fruit, lime blossom and barrel. The palate is fresh, structured, voluminous, balanced and long.
