Reserva 51 Rara cachaça is a distilled spirit made from the finest varieties of sugarcane, aged in American oak barrels and finished in European oak barrels that were used to produce some of South America's most complex wines. The result of so much work and dedication is a cachaça with an intense and brilliant golden color, an extraordinarily rich, velvety and smooth palate, complemented by notes of red fruit and a touch of vanilla.
