Aged in barrels, this grape brandy has an amber color obtained through the distillation of wine. In the case of Adega Velha, the wine used has a Controlled Designation of Origin, originating from Quinta da Aveleda in the Vinho Verde region. This region is distinguished by its native grape varieties, freshness, and maritime influence, allowing for the production of a unique brandy. Adega Velha brandies are obtained from red grape wines from this region, which combine complexity and freshness with intense fruit aromas.
