Dark red color. Aroma of ripe red fruits and dark chocolate. Extremely dense, with soft tannins.
The grapes from this vineyard are exclusively of the Vinhão variety.
This property is situated at a higher elevation than Quinta da Ribeira and has very poor granitic soil, resulting in very low production per hectare. The excellent quality of the fruit compensates for the low yield obtained.
Winemaking:
Located at a higher elevation, in very poor, granitic soil. The wine is very concentrated with good acidity.
