Description
It is in the village of Vale Flor, located in the centuries-old parish of the municipality of Mêda, that the vineyards and winery of Lúcia and Américo Ferraz are located. A region with a unique climate and granite soil, which give its wines noble and still almost unknown aromas.
Manual harvesting for 20 kg boxes. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control and endogenous yeasts.
Originating from vineyards above 600 meters in altitude, this wine has a lemon yellow color. On the nose, aromas of stone fruits such as peach and apricot stand out, as well as a vegetal touch. In the mouth it reveals a lot of freshness, something lemony and a long finish.
