Description
Alameda de Santar is a delicate and clean red wine from the Dão wine region. It presents aromas of red fruits integrated with soft balsamic and floral notes. With a very balanced acidity, it finishes with a core full of fruit and a very elegant minerality.
Tasting Notes: Full of aromas of red fruits such as blueberries, cherries and plums. It presents notes of wild berries with blackberries and raspberries, elegant acidity and delicate minerality.
Harvest / Winemaking: Grapes harvested manually, transported in 20 kg boxes to the winery, with a very short transport time. Fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of approximately 22ºC. Prolonged aging in stainless steel.
