Wine from two of the most noble grape varieties, Bical and Maria Gomes, vinified respecting the great character of the Bairrada region, which remains unshakable today. Over more than two decades it developed a brilliant golden color that is difficult to forget. We are faced with a wine that, among notes of dried fruits and honey, carries exuberance and aromatic elegance in a perpetual way.
Lemon yellow. Florals at the beginning, nectarine, passion fruit and the perception of smoke to follow. Fresh, with good acidity and some saltiness, it combines volume and precision. The ending is good, affirmative and long. It has versatility. JJS Consumption 2023 - 2030 | 11th
