Description
White with bright straw tones and endowed with a present minerality. A wine that presents a complex aromatic bouquet, where we easily find floral notes of grapefruit originating from the Maria Gomes and Bical grape varieties. The name Aleixo comprises three generations of Bairrada winemakers who in 2020 solemnly fulfilled Bairrada's desire.
Maria Gomes and Bical. Full of character, minerality, white and yellow fruit. Very well defined. Saline mouthfeel, fresh, with a medium body, expressive, with acidity to mark the pace of the tasting, and you should order a fried flounder with black-eyed peas on the side.
