Delicious and rich aroma of ripe red fruits, herbs, and spices. Ripe and generous fruitiness with good fruit sweetness and healthy acidity. Good fermentation and hints of spice. Tamed tannins.
Winemaking:
Grapes harvested in 15kg boxes, fully destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a long maceration and finishing with gentle pressing. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
We also suggest
