Description

Deep red with violet shade. Intense aroma, dominated by ripe fruit, such as plum, blackberry, raspberry and strawberry, and floral to violet aromas. It is a full -bodied wine, with a balanced acidity well involved in your body and volume. Mature and soft, firm tannins with a fresh and persistent ending.

Vinification:
The grapes are fully dismissed at the cellar entrance and then crushed in stainless steel vats with robotic Pisa. It is at this stage that pre-fermentation maceration occurs at low temperature. After the beginning of alcoholic fermentation, the maximum controlled temperature of 28ºC is transferred to the conclusion of the fermentation to the conclusion of the fermentation.
