Winemaking: Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. Skin maceration followed by fermentation with the skins for a few hours. Fermentation finishes in used 400-liter French oak barrels. In the same barrels, it undergoes bâtonnage for 9 months on total lees. Aged for 12 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: Spices like cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. Quite complex, highlighting varietal aromas as well as some dried fruits, hazelnut and almond. On the palate, it offers vibrant acidity and the aromas are well present. Full-bodied, mineral and with a long finish. A touch of wood provides structure on the palate, offering elegance and balance.
