Description
Alvarinho Deu-La-Deu is a dry white wine. Clear, citrine in color, intense aroma with tropical and honey notes, some complexity and vegetal touches; smooth taste, with good fixed acidity, which gives it freshness and elegance, intense body and elegant finish.
Winemaking:
Selection of the grapes. Extraction of the must from the 1st and 2nd pressings. Decantation for 24 hours at 14ºC. Controlled fermentation between 18ºC and 20ºC. Primary filtration. Cold stabilization by contact method. Soil filtration and bottling.
