Description

Vinification:

Default 70% and crushing, 24 hours of pre-fermentation maceration at 15º; Use of indigenous yeasts; Alcoholic fermentation with temperature control (22-24ºC) for 18 days. Malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrel.

Internship: Barrel internship for 12 months - 30% in Nova Barrica and 70% in a 2nd year barrel.

Proof Note:

It presents a grenade red color, floral aroma with aromas to the Bergamot and Mangeric of Touriga Nacional; Touriga franca's blackberry and blackberry. Very elegant and fragrant, with persistent mouth end where ripe fruit notes return.
