Citrine color, clear with fine and persistent bubbles. Aroma with fruity and bread-like notes. On the palate it is fresh with elegant mousse and extremely fine perlage. Fresh and complex finish.
Winemaking:
Made using the “Classic Method,” this sparkling wine underwent careful fermentation in used barrels and aged for several years, resulting in a fine and persistent bubble, with great freshness and aromatic complexity. After the 2019 vintage, the wine fermented in used barrels and was subjected to tirage in March 2020. The sparkling wine aged until disgorgement, carried out in January 2024, creating a unique depth of flavor.
