Description
Winemaking: Destemming and crushing; 12 hours of pre-fermentation maceration, static cold clarification for 48 hours, use of selected yeasts. Batonnage on fine lees.
Exam Grade: Surprising, fresh and elegant, it has a very long and persistent finish.
