Description

Vinification: Disgust and crushing; 12 hours of pre-ferment maceration, cold clarification for 48 hours, use of selected yeasts.

Proof Note: It has a citrus yellow color. In the mouth it is powerful, but at the same time very elegant. With a very balanced acidity, it has a very long and persistent mouth end. Excellent aromatic intensity. Very complex aroma where it dominates minerality.
