Winemaking: Harvest in 22 kg boxes. Destemming and crushing, 12 hours of pre-fermentation maceration at 34º to maximize enzyme activity; use of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation with temperature control, light pump-overs.
Aging: 70% of the wine was aged in second and third-year French oak barrels for 10 months. The remaining 30% was aged in vats.
Tasting Note: It presents a garnet red color. With a very intense and complex aroma, ripe fruit and notes of vanilla from barrel aging. On the palate it is very elegant and structured with a persistent finish where notes of ripe fruit return.
