Ruby red color. Very concentrated and complex, ripe fruit with vanilla notes due to aging in oak barrels. Very elegant and structured. Long finish with persistent notes of ripe fruit.
Winemaking:
Harvested in 22 kg boxes. Destemming and crushing, 12 hours of pre-maceration fermentation at 34ºC to increase enzymatic function; pre-selected yeast; alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (22-24ºC); gentle pump-over. Aging: 70% of the wine aged in second and third-year French oak barrels for 10 months; the rest of the wine aged in stainless steel tanks.
