Description

Winemaking:

Harvested in a 22 kg box. Destemming and crushing, 12 hours of pre-fermentative pre-maceration at 34ºC to maximize the work of enzymes, use of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation with temperature control (22-24ºC). Aging: 1/3 of the wine aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting and gastronomy notes:

It is garnet red in color, floral in aroma such as bergamot and basil from Touriga Nacional, blueberry and blackberry from Touriga Franca. In the mouth it is very elegant and structured. Persistent finish where notes of ripe fruit return.
