Description

Winemaking: Harvested in 22 kg boxes. Destemming and crushing, 12 hours of pre-fermentation maceration at 34ºC to maximize enzyme activity, use of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation with temperature control (22-24ºC). Aging: 1/3 of the wine aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.

Exam Grade: It presents a garnet red color, with floral aromas such as bergamot and basil from the Touriga Nacional, and blueberry and blackberry from the Touriga Franca. On the palate it is very elegant and structured. A persistent finish where notes of ripe fruit return.
