Description
Tasting notes: Color: citrine; Aroma: exuberant and elegant, of white fruits, tropical and mineral notes, well blended with hints of vanilla; Flavors: good volume in the mouth, full of good flavors and pronounced acidity; very long and delicate finish.
The Producer: Located in Penajoia, at Quinta de Estremadouro. It is a simple and functional winery with three work levels: reception, fermentation, and barrel aging. Available for visits by prior appointment. The manual harvesting of white grapes is done by variety into 15kg boxes. They are selected on a sorting conveyor belt. They are pressed and fermented in stainless steel and temperature-controlled oak barrels.
The manual harvesting of red grapes is planned for separate varieties, with the grapes being picked at their ideal point of ripeness into 20kg boxes.
