Manual harvest in 15 Kg boxes. Manual destemming. Fermentation in new oak. Stage 1 year in used barrels.

Test results:
Light red color. Cherry aroma and vanilla notes. In the mouth it is unctuous mixed with fruity flavor and very fresh.
