Description
Vinification:
Manual harvest into 15 Kg boxes. Sorted on the conveyor table. Removal and crushing of stalks. Fermentation in open traditional granite vats. Maturation: aging in new and used French oak barrels for 12 months.
Test results:
Lush and elegant, red fruit, namely raspberry and cherry. Good volume in the mouth, full of good flavors and accentuated freshness. Long and delicate finish.
