Description

Vinification:

Manual harvesting for 15Kg boxes. Total stripping of the grapes and gentle crushing. Very slow fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature (14º).

Test results:

Slightly pink color. Beautiful and elegant, with red fruits, mainly raspberry and cherry. Good volume in the mouth, full of good flavors and accentuated freshness; long and delicate finish.
