Description
Vinification:
Harvested in December from 100% Botrytis bunches. Gentle pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature. Stage in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Test results:
Golden yellow color. Very complex and elegant aroma of dried fruit, apricot, honey and wild flowers. Harmonious in the mouth, with volume and accentuated acidity and freshness. At the end of the mouth it has excellent flavors of mint, citrus and ripe white fruits. Refreshing finish.
