Description
EXHAUSTED
Winemaking: Hand- Colheita . Crushing of the grapes followed by decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation was natural and took place for 3 months in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Tasting notes: A light wine with good body and structure. Complex on the palate and deliciously fresh and mineral.
