Exhausted

Vinification: 

Manual harvest. Grape crushing followed by decantation for 48 hours. The fermentation was natural and occurred for 3 months in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature.

TEST NOTES:

A light wine with good body and structure. Complex in the mouth and deliciously fresh and mineral.
