Description

Vinification:

Manual harvest. Grinding of the grapes followed by decanting for 48 hours. Fermentation was natural and took place for 3 months in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature.

Test results:

A light wine, with good body and structure. Complex in the mouth and deliciously fresh and mineral.
