Description

Vinification:

From 30 year old vines planted in 1 hectare of granite soils in Vinho Verde. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September and selectively sorted in the vineyard, distilled and spent 5 hours in the skins. Spontaneous fermentation lasts two weeks with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks under temperature control.

Test results:

Light and quite dry, with a nice acidity. Aromas and flavors of wildflowers and wild strawberries.
