Description
Lovers of good wine, they found in the Douro Superior, amidst its legends and traditions, the perfect conditions for the production of great wines, capable of awakening special pleasures and emotions in all who try them. They thus began their dream, acquiring their properties, Quinta do Sardoal and Quinta das Salgueiras, both in Torre de Moncorvo in the Douro Superior sub-region, from where some of the region's main wines come.
Clear, intense ruby color. It presents aromas of red fruits on the nose, well combined with the spicy notes from the aging in wood. On the palate, red fruit is repeated, with a good balance between acidity, tannins and alcohol, making the wine smooth and persistent in the finish.
Internship:
Aged for 16 months in second-use French oak barrels, which are softer, so as not to leave such a strong mark on the wine, due to its delicacy.
