Crystal clear and citrusy in color with green reflections. Smoky, intensely mineral, it shows citrus fruits and flowers on the surface, against a salty background. Dry as steel, it is a wine that speaks transparently of the granitic soil from which it comes.
Winemaking:
Skin contact for 12 hours. Pressing, decantation in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation in French oak and chestnut barrels and stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 13 and 16°C. Aging on vines.
