Description
The grapes that give rise to this wine come from vines in schistous soil, planted at an average altitude of 350 meters, with a northeast exposure, between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva.
Winemaking: Hand- colheita . The grapes are slowly pressed, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 16°C with "battonage".
Tasting Notes: Fresh, fruity and mineral, a gastronomic wine with clear traces of the Freixo de Espada à Cinta terroir.
