Description
Winemaking:
Total destemming of the grapes. Fermentation in small-capacity open vats (3,000 L) for 6/7 days with temperature control (26/28ºC). Aged for 8 months in used (2/3 years old) French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting notes: Red fruits, cherry, some floral notes, chocolate, mild pepper, cedar. Broad body, low center, somewhat short, almost concave structure, always correct, always connected, moderate energy. Very good acidity, medium tannins.
