Description
Vinification:
Total destemming of the grapes. Fermentation in small capacity open lagares (3,000 L) for 6/7 days with temperature control (26/28ºC). Stage of 8 months in used barrels (2/3 years) of French oak and 6 months in bottle.
Test results:
Red fruits, cherry, some florals, chocolate, mild pepper, cedar. Broad body, low center, somewhat short, almost concave structure, always correct, always on, moderate energy. Very good acidity, medium tannins.
