Description
It has a light straw color and a clear, bright appearance. An intense and harmonious wine, with a surprising flavor and velvety structure. It has a long and fruity finish with notes of passion fruit, white flowers and citrus fruits, with an elegant and persistent aftertaste.
Winemaking:
Acclaimed by all as the "queen" of white wines in Portugal, the Alvarinho grape variety is at the heart of this single-varietal wine. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes undergo skin maceration followed by gentle low-pressure pressing. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks during which the fine lees are kept in suspension, allowing the freshness and fruity aromas of the grape variety to be retained. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and chilled.
