Description
AZOR Reserva is a premium dry gin distilled in Portugal. Eleven individual distillations, a composition of eleven botanicals such as juniper, cardamom and cinnamon from Sri Lanka, as well as a six-month maturation period in oak barrels from Gerês, in the north of Portugal, give rise to this particular AZOR gin Premium Reserva, of which only 1,715 individually numbered bottles were produced as a special edition. AZOR Gin Premium is a tribute to the islands and the bird that gave it its name, the Goshawk. Created under the direction of Marta Pinto, co-founder of the company "Drinks & Flavors, Lda" and the only distillery in Portugal, AZOR gin is synonymous with high quality Portuguese products and enjoys great recognition in the country and abroad.
