Vinification:
The grapes of the same age are harvested manually in small transport containers and vinified according to the traditional method of port wine. After partial release, the grapes are scattered on stone basins with spears at the feet. Mosto fermentation occurs at controlled temperature and is interrupted by the addition of vinegar. This wine, as produced, has great potential for deterioration. Wine wrapped in caravel.
TEST NOTES:Bright wine with an attractive golden core. Aroma with very good complexity, standing out notes of dry fruits, such as almonds and walnuts, combined with aromas of orange, almond and also with some hot fruits. I also felt some thin notes of toasted derivatives of your summer in tones of old wood. Very elegant taste, excellently matching its vibrant acidity with its natural sweetness. It also reveals a flavor that goes from honey, the crystallized fruits and the dry fruits, the latter being quite evident. The end of the mouth is fresh, velvety and prolonged.
