Winemaking:
Harvesting into 20 kg boxes and selection of the grapes before they go into the wine presses. Fermentation with maceration of the skins to extract the best constituents was carried out in the old granite wine presses with foot treading. Addition of brandy. Aged in oak barrels and casks for 10 years or more.
Exam notes:
Color: Red with pronounced brown tones; Aroma: Delicate aromas of walnut and notes of dried fruit and ripe plum; Palate: Excellent balance on the palate. Combines age with freshness; Finish: Persistent.
