Deep color and aromas of red fruits, such as ripe strawberry. With notes of menthol and spices, this wine is self-structured, lively, complex and long. It has great aging potential.
Winemaking:
A traditional method was used in its vinification; fermentation at a controlled temperature (25ºC), followed by a period of post-fermentation skin maceration. Finally, after the separation of the solids, 85% of the wine aged for 11 months in second and third-year French oak barrels. In May, the final blend was prepared and bottled. Once bottled, it ages in the company's cellars until it is ready for sale.
