Description
This wine has a pale yellow color with green reflections and rich aromas of fruit, such as peach and pineapple, characteristic of Chardonnay. These aromas are combined with hints of toast and vanilla imparted by the oak in which it aged. On the palate, we find strong fruit flavors harmonizing with the oak, and a very present acidity that gives it a mineral character, resulting in a full and persistent finish. With bottle aging, the wine gains complexity.
Winemaking:
71% of the wine remains in new French oak barrels for 4 months.
