Description
Intense red color, notes of red fruit, such as cherry and plum, combined with chocolate, mocha and spices; On the palate it is full-bodied, with ripe fruit combined with fine but elegant tannins that give it a complex and very persistent structure. This wine has great aging potential in the bottle.
Winemaking:
The classic, slow, and controlled fermentation, followed by a specific fermentation process in new French "Allier" oak barrels, contributed to the excellent integration of the aromas and flavors of the grape and the wood. The subsequent prolonged aging in the same barrels ensured a complementary complexity of flavor.
