Description

Intense, rich and complex aroma, with floral notes of orange blossom and roses, raisins, almonds and honey. On the palate, flavors identical to the aromas over a well-balanced sweetness, and good acidity and astringency - a combination of body, smoothness and persistent flavor.

Winemaking:
After a short period of contact fermentation between the must and the skins, a high-quality grape alcohol is added to stop the fermentation and preserve the sweetness of the grapes. The wine is kept in contact with the wineskins throughout the winter and is then leached, and the must pressed. Aged for 8 years in oak barrels previously used for aging malt whisky in a carefully monitored environment.
