It has a straw-yellow color with greenish hues, complex aromas revealing floral and tropical fruit notes with hints of passion fruit and apricot, and an elegant, deep palate with strong structure and body.
Winemaking:
This wine was fermented at low temperatures to preserve the primary aromas of the grape, thus achieving a new style of fresh and fruity wine. From an exceptional year for white wines, this Verdelho fermented slowly and macerated on its lees for three weeks, giving it unctuousness and a long finish.
