Tasting Notes: Floral and fruity aroma with citrus notes and an emerging mineral character highlighting the soil. On the palate, minerality stands out, with a finish marked by lively, persistent freshness.
Winemaking:
The grapes were carefully selected, destemmed and pressed directly into the vat, cold-settled, with fermentation taking place in stainless steel vats at low temperatures (14-15ºC).
